Dominican props

I just have to give props to the Dominicans in DC. Once again, the came through in the knick of time and really helped the edification of souls. For our walk, we wanted to spend some time in adoration before we walked our last leg. We wanted to share in the lot of the medieval crusaders who spent the night in front of the Blessed Sacrament before they marched off to war. In the same way, we wanted to adore the Lord in preparation of our final march from Baltimore to DC.

Hence, we called the Dominicans and asked them for a favor to hold a special Holy Hour for us, and Fr. Bill Garrott (sp?) did nothing short of expose the Most Holy Eucharist, add incense, and benediction for us. It was a wonderful way to share in the tradition of the Church and to be like the crusaders of old. It was so wonderful to be able to share in something so old and joyful. And, it was the Dominicans who made it all possible.
