Irreverent or Pointed?

I was sent the link to the following post in light of my recent affection for random Chuck Norris facts. I was surprised by the following article and almost felt it was irreverent at first. But, after reading through the descriptions of 5 new bishops, I think that it is a pointed statement of the appointing of new bishops.
