St. Augustine: the Theologian of Predestination?

In class today, my professor said something that really worried myself and Catholic Girl Talk's Mary, who is also in my class. Well, I spoke to our hopefully future Dominican friend Thomas A. from Catholicae Testitudines, and he came up with the answer we needed. Here is his answer.
